Yoga for Beginners with Kay

These classes for beginners set out to bring life and awareness to our bodies. Having awareness as we stand, move and sit will bring vitality to enhance our lives. Awareness will be achieved through postures, breathing and relaxation. Kay has practiced yoga for over seven years and completed her teacher training with the Inner Yoga Trust.
Classes are £32 for 4 week block.
