Audrey Scott

Audrey set up Summit Life Coaching Ltd in 2013 and is delighted to join Mulberry House’s team.
She has respected qualifications from leading organisations and individuals in hypnotherapy, lifecoaching,
and neuro-linguistic programming. She takes pleasure in building a relationship to
support clients and will agree how best to facilitate beneficial change using these recognised
approaches.
Hypnotherapy uses therapeutic techniques and the naturally occurring condition of trance to help
alleviate a wide range of medical and social conditions. Typical treatments are for habit-breaking,
stress reduction, confidence boosting, coping with fears and improving performance such as public
speaking, stammering, sports and exams. Audrey finds her previous NHS clinical experience as a
speech and language therapist a useful resource. She welcomes collaboration with other
clinicians.
For those who desire a helping hand with career, life transitions and personal growth, Life-coaching
is a collaborative supported conversation and process. Audrey uses a holistic approach.
NLP is a dynamic, less conventional approach which can bring about rapid change/bring insight.
More often Audrey uses it with hypnotherapy or life-coaching.
Audrey practises yoga and meditation and is a sports enthusiast.
