Caitlin Heavey has more than 15 years experience as a YogaBirth teacher and Childbirth educator. Caitlin qualified as a Certified Active Birth Teacher in 1994 and was taught by Janet Balaskas, director of the Active Birth Centre in London.

At the heart of her philosophy is a deep respect for the right of every woman to choose how and where to birth her baby. My aim is to give you the support, information and experience you need to make the best choices for you and your baby. The classes and courses are designed with this in mind.
