She knows from own experience, how positive physical change can lead to positive changes in the mind and impact powerfully on life. Kristin has experienced, what she calls “magic” and she keeps chasing the magic with regular Pilates and Yoga practice, visiting Feldenkrais and Somatic Movement workshops and studying Contact Improvisation.

Kristin specialises in working with Chronic and Psychosomatic Pain Sufferers, Equestrians, Physical Artist and Fitness Professionals. However she welcomes every human being with a curiosity about themselves and a desire for positive change.
