Private Classes in Taiji, Martial Arts and Yoga
Alongside running classes Rachael has a number of teaching slots for one-to-one and small group training sessions, which she runs from the studio at Mulberry House.
Personal training is suitable for those who like to train in taiji (tai chi), qi gong, kung fu or yoga, but do not have the inclination to go to a class. Students also sometimes wish to make progress more quickly, and have individual attention to their own situation and learning new movements.
Couples or 2/3 people with the same interest are welcome to train together, which will mean a lower cost per person. Private lessons are between £45 and £75/hr dependent on location and numbers.
