Craniosacral Therapist

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and powerful 'hands on' treatment. Ewan listens to and supports your body-mind system by using a skillful touch at various locations around your body, this enables him to assess and treat a wide range of conditions that may be affecting you. With its roots in the Osteopathic tradition, Craniosacral work has developed over the last 100 years into a sophisticated biodynamic treatment. It has the capacity to gently resolve recent injury and illness, or long standing problems effectively.

Ewan's clients find it an extremely relaxing & resourcing experience. The treatment takes place while you remain fully clothed and sessions generally last for 1 hour. You will have the opportunity to discuss anything that may arise in a safe and supportive environment.

Because Craniosacral Therapy works to support and enhance your own self-healing capacity, it is helpful for resolving many difficulties in body and mind, and can be effectively combined with other treatment you may be having. It's a great resource for the demands of a busy lifestyle, and a valuable tool in any process of self-development. It is particularly useful if you need to process the effects of 'shock & trauma', such as after a car crash, life threatening event, or period of long-term emotional & psychological stress.

Work With Babies
Craniosacral Therapy has developed a deserved reputation as the treatment of choice for babies. Common problems such as colic, distressed crying, sleep and feeding issues can all be effectively resolved by a few treatments.
