We’re very excited to welcome back classes and workshops into our beautiful studio, rekindling the connections we’ve all been missing.

Monday Morning Sound Meditation with Charlotte Boyd 

A soft start to the week. Charlotte Boyd//Firm Feet® uses her voice, tuning forks, koshi chimes, ocean drum and singing bowls in an intimate group setting to create a gentle and calming sound meditation. Charlotte will loosen you into your body with gentle breathing and body relaxation techniques before bathing you in sound. Do nothing but lie down, drop, rest and receive. This session has been created to support anyone who has been suffering with burn out, anxiety and stress. Everyone welcome. 

 9.30-10.30am  – next Monday date tbc

Alchemy with Stu Lee

A fun, easy to follow guided journey into our body, mind and breath. Using relaxed movement, breath-work and meditation. Helping you to step away from your default mode, into a relaxed, embodied sense of self, whilst releasing stress and tension.
