Polly Rewt’s Hatha yoga classes are aimed at people in good general health who are familiar with the basic components of a yoga practice, including sun salutations, inversions and Pranayama.
These classes are advanced beginner/intermediate level, and help to develop a calmer, more alert mind, and to improve flexibility and strength. A wide range of postures moves the spine through forward and backwards bending, lateral stretching and twisting. Classes include standing and balancing postures, and flowing sequences. Polly will also focus on building core strength, weight-bearing movements and developing breath awareness and mindfulness.
- Monday’s 10.30am – 12pm / 12.30pm – 1.30pm
- Wednesday’s 12.30pm – 1.30pm / 5.45pm-6.45pm / 7pm – 8pm
£96 for an 8-week block or £15 for drop-in.
