In this class we use Pilates moves as the foundation to improving overall alignment within ourselves. By understanding the concepts of strength stability and control, and feeling them in our body we can learn how to move better and with more ease in all areas of our life. The class mixes traditional pilates exercise with every day functional movement so that you can feel more efficient in everything that you do.
The class is suitable for most people as Caroline used to working with a whole range of issues, but please do contact her if you would like to chat about any specific concerns or questions you may have.
