Karen runs the British Homeopathic Associations‘ (BHA) charitable clinic in Edinburgh, which was set up in October 2017. This clinic is offered as a self-referral service with a limited number of appointments by donation.
Karen started training as a Nurse over 30 years ago, qualifying as a Registered Sick Children’s Nurse in 1989. Further training in complementary therapies lead her to take her honours degree in Homeopathy at Edinburgh Napier University; becoming one of the first NMC registered nurses to qualify as a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Homeopathy in 2002.
She is a full member of the NMC and a Fellow of the Faculty of Homeopathy both providing her Codes of Conduct, Practice and Ethical Guidelines.
She attends post-grad training in many subjects each year to widen her knowledge and increase her holistic approach to health.
