A gentle and restorative yoga practice for all mamas whether your baby is 6 months or 6 years old. During the first few years of motherhood, women are often exhausted, running on empty and with no time given to self care.
The class will focus on your changing needs from week to week from aching shoulders to lower backs, from poor sleep to anxiety. The 6 week programme will always include specific attention to the recovery of your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Simple postures combined with mindfulness and breathing will help to ground you, to restore energy, bring calm and provide a peaceful oasis in your role as mother.
