With a considerable experience in education, Karen achieved her qualification for Headship from Strathclyde University in 2002.
After qualification Karen deepened her understanding of child development by learning about psychological and physical factors which impact learning by training as a Neuro – Developmental Therapist and a Sound Therapist.
As a Master Practitioner of Neuro -linguistic programming coupled with training in stress management, she also supports clients to overcome anxieties impacting on their emotional well-being.
Well known and respected for her work, Karen equips her clients (children and adults) with healthy stress management techniques so they learn how to manage their stress/anxieties from an early age enabling them to move forwards from restrictive thinking.
