Yoga Workshop with Caroline Toshack
10am – 12pm, 19th May 2019
Move easy like it’s Sunday morning and gradually bring energy into the body and mind with some gentle yoga, stretching and mindfulness.
We start with Savasana (yes, really!) and gradually transition into some yin yoga poses, gradually adding some flow and energy, taking us into some standing poses and balances and another savasana (would be rude not to!).
It’s Sunday morning so we’re relaxed about it. Come as you are. It’s not about being bendy, it’s about being you 🙂
