Mulberry House reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to visit Mulberry House’s website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.

Vouchers are valid for six months from the day of purchase and can be redeemed against any of our treatments or classes.
Vouchers are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the treatment stated on your voucher. In this case, you may choose an alternative treatment to the equivalent value or a refund will be made to the purchaser of the voucher.
Vouchers will be posted within 3 working days. If you experience any problems purchasing vouchers online or would prefer to buy a voucher in person please call or pop into our reception.
All practitioners based in Mulberry House are self employed and are not employed by Mulberry House.
Practitioners are, where appropriate, affiliated with recognised professional bodies related to the therapies they practice. This ensures that the practitioner follows a code of professional conduct as prescribed by their registering body.
All practitioners hold their own individual professional indemnity insurance.
Mulberry House actively encourages all practitioners and teachers to be involved in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure that they are continually updating their practice skills.
Complaints and Feedback
We hope that everyone who attends classes and therapy sessions at Mulberry House has a good and beneficial experience, however, if you are not happy with any aspect of your visit we would like to hear from you. Mulberry House is committed to helping clients or patients resolve any concerns they may have regarding their experiences at Mulberry House.
