Working directly with body, mind and breath brings us into the absolute truth of the ever unfolding moment.
Using the body and breath as anchors, we can, if willing learn how to move into a more relaxed, spacious and conscious way of being.
Gentle movement, simple breathing techniques and guided meditation, makes this class very easy to follow. Attending this workshop requires no previous Meditation experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive around 5.45 pm as the workshop will start at 6 pm.
Monthly classes are held on a Friday evening.
