Mothering the Mother – Yoga for weary mothers

A unique yoga class to Mulberry House. This weekly class aims to nurture and restore those of you caring for small people. During the first few years of motherhood, women are often exhausted, running on empty and with no time given to self care. This special class will provide precious ME time with a gentle yoga practice at it’s heart. Simple postures combined with mindfulness and breathing will help to ground you, to restore energy, bring calm and provide a peaceful oasis in your role as mother. £66 for a 6 week block. Each class is 60 minutes. Tuesdays 19.30 – 20.30
