Introducing New Treatments with Aileen Dennis: Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Maderotherapy with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

We are delighted to introduce two new treatments at Mulberry House, now available with Aileen Dennis.

With over 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal therapy and rehabilitation, Aileen’s work has always centred on helping clients move better, feel better, and recover effectively. As her practice has evolved, she has expanded her offering to include treatments that support the body beyond traditional rehabilitation—focusing on circulation, lymphatic health, and nervous system regulation.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – Vodder Technique

This gentle, clinically recognised treatment is designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid. Using slow, rhythmic, light-pressure techniques, MLD can help reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote deep relaxation.

It is particularly beneficial for those recovering from surgery, experiencing fluid retention or chronic swelling, or simply looking to support their body’s natural healing processes.

Wood Maderotherapy with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

For those seeking a more dynamic and sculpting-focused treatment, this therapy combines traditional wooden massage tools with specialised Brazilian lymphatic techniques. Using oils and firmer, more rhythmic movements, it works to stimulate circulation, reduce fluid retention, and support body contouring, while still encouraging healthy lymphatic flow.

This treatment is ideal for clients looking to improve skin tone, reduce bloating, support recovery, or enjoy a wellness treatment with visible aesthetic benefits.

Whether you’re recovering from injury or surgery, carrying tension and fatigue, or simply looking to support your overall wellbeing, these new treatments offer a nurturing addition to your health journey, helping your body to relax, restore and rebalance.

All clients are required to complete a pre-treatment consultation, where Aileen will assess your needs and recommend the most appropriate treatment for you.

We look forward to welcoming you to experience these new therapies at Mulberry House.

Bookings can be made via the website, on the MindBody app or contact Mulberry House reception on 0131 2252012 or enquiries@mulberryhouse.co.uk
