Welcoming Marie Dandie, Nutritional Therapist, to Mulberry House This August

We are delighted to extend a very warm welcome to Marie, who will be joining us at Mulberry House from the beginning of August.

Marie brings with her an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience, with a professional career spanning over 40 years in food science, nutrition, and education. Originally trained at Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh, Marie went on to become a Principal Teacher of Food & Nutrition, contributing to national curriculum development and examination standards.

Driven by a deep interest in the connection between nutrition and health, Marie retrained as a registered Nutritional Therapist, qualifying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015. Since then, she has supported clients through a wide range of health and lifestyle concerns, combining her scientific background with a highly personalised, practical approach to nutrition.

Marie specialises in creating tailored nutrition programmes that are realistic, enjoyable, and designed to support long-term wellbeing. She has additional training in cancer support nutrition, nutrigenomics, and health and wellbeing coaching, and is also a certified fertility nutrition practitioner. Marie works with individuals and couples on both natural and IVF fertility journeys, supporting optimal health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

At Mulberry House, Marie will be offering one-to-one consultations, personalised nutrition plans, and, where appropriate, access to specialised testing with full interpretation and support.

Marie is passionate about empowering people to use food as a powerful tool for improving health, energy, and overall quality of life. Her warm, supportive approach and wealth of experience make her a wonderful addition to our team.
