Therapies / Treatments

Lisa qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London in 2004, before returning to complete a specialist year which included spinal pathology, paediatrics, nutrition and cranial osteopathy. She has undertaken a diploma in visceral and systemic osteopathy and has also completed a BMAS course in dry needling (a form of acupuncture) as well as postgraduate courses in paediatrics and cranial osteopathy, techniques, which, where appropriate, she incorporates into her treatment plans. One of Lisa’s areas of specialism is TMJ (jaw issues).

In July 2026 Lisa completed her two-year diploma in Women’s Health at the prestigious Molinari Institute in London. Lisa is now offering enhanced and specialised treatments focused on women’s health at every stage of life, from puberty and menstrual health, through pregnancy and post-partum recovery, to menopause.

As part of her advanced training, Lisa is also now qualified and registered with her governing body to carry out internal techniques where clinically appropriate, allowing for a more comprehensive and tailored approach to care.

For those not keen on the more traditional structural approach (i.e. ‘the crack’!), a much gentler approach is cranial osteopathy or neurofascial release, making these sound options for everyone from babies to the elderly.

Lisa’s clinic runs on a Monday and Thursday.
