Niamh is a dedicated physiotherapist with experience in elite sport, MSK rehab, and neurological care. Niamh currently supports Scotland Rugby League U18s as lead physiotherapist and works with Scotland Rugby Union across various squads. Niamh has delivered care in high-performance environments including Rugby with Hull KR, the Manx Grand Prix at the Isle of Man, and international rugby competitions.
Niamh treats a wide range of MSK and neurological conditions. Whether it’s return-to-sport or everyday mobility, she offers tailored, hands-on physiotherapy focused on recovery, performance, and prevention.
