Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach rooted in the principles of psychoanalysis, focusing on the unconscious mind and its influence on thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences, particularly early relationships, shape current emotions and behaviours. Psychotherapy helps you gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, particularly those that feel outside of your control or disproportionate to the situation. By exploring the root causes and triggers of your feelings & behaviours you can gain insight and learn how to manage them more effectively.
Pippa offers a free 15-20 minute consultation call before arranging an initial consultation. For further information about her practice or to book an initial consultation call you can do so via her website: www.pippawatsonrees.com
Pippa will be practising from the Mulberry Centre on Mondays from September, between 2.30 to 7.30pm.
*For new mums or new parents it may be helpful to have your baby with you in the room. Generally this is possible before your baby is 6 months old, but this should be discussed ahead of booking a session.
