A four-part workshop series exploring embodied inquiry through Qigong and Laban Bartenieff. Attend one session or the full journey.

Step into a space of embodied inquiry where Qigong meets the Laban Bartenieff Movement System, weaving ancient movement practice with contemporary ways of moving, sensing, and connecting. A deeply nourishing experience for the nervous system, body, mind, and breath.

Each workshop offers a grounded, experiential inquiry into body, space, expression, and shape, inviting awareness of how form is held and expressed through movement.

  • Comfortable layers for movement and rest

  • A notebook or journal for embodied reflections (optional)

About the facilitators

Susan Scarth is a movement psychotherapist with over 37 years of experience, bringing a lifelong passion for movement, embodiment, and inner exploration.

Stu Lee is a bodyworker and Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience, supporting mindful movement and the exploration of embodied wellbeing.
