Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) & Wood Maderotherapy with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) (Vodder Technique)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) using the Vodder Technique is a gentle, clinically recognised treatment designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid throughout the body.
Using slow, rhythmic, light-pressure movements (no oils) MLD helps reduce swelling, improve lymphatic circulation, support the immune system, and promote healing. It is commonly recommended for:ed
Stimulate circulation
Encourage lymphatic flow
Lymphoedema
Post-surgical recovery
Fluid retention
Chronic swelling
Reduce bloatedness
Body detoxification
Accelerate healing process
Relaxation and nervous system regulation
Wood Maderotherapy with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Wood Maderotherapy combined with Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a more dynamic treatment that blends traditional wooden massage tools with specialised Brazilian sculpting and lymphatic techniques.
The treatment uses oils and a combination of manual massage and anatomically designed wooden instruments to:
Stimulate circulation
Encourage lymphatic flow
Reduce fluid retention
Improve skin tone and texture
Assist with body contouring and sculpting
Support recovery after cosmetic procedures (after 6 weeks)
Reduce the appearance of cellulite
Promote a feeling of lightness and wellbeing
Unlike Vodder MLD, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage uses firmer, faster movements to encourage visible body contouring while still supporting the body’s natural drainage pathways.
