An initial consultation will include a discussion about your presenting problem, and your case history, and, if required, relevant physical assessments such as ‘range of movement’ will be carried out. You may be fully or partially clothed with parts of the body covered by towels. Treatments usually last for 1 or 1.5 hours.
We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing which will be easy to change in and out of.
This depends entirely on the individual and your therapist will be able to advise on the frequency of treatments.
